Do I need to come to the office for tax preparation?
No, we offer 100% VIRTUAL tax services using our secure portal. You can scan or take pictures of your documents and upload them to us, we will prepare the return and call you to review. It will then be your choice if you prefer a pdf version or a hard copy version sent to you by USPS priority mail.
What deductions can I take for my new business?
Every business is unique. The expenses that are directly related to the operation of your business are almost always deductible. We would be happy to discuss with you any questions you have on deductions and keeping your tax implications to the lowest within the IRS rules.
May I wait in your office while you prepare my return?
No, we do not offer on the spot preparation. We will ensure your return is prepared rapidly, accurately and with care.
How long will it take to prepare my tax return?
We strive for a one week turnaround time, provided we have all of the information required to prepare the tax return. If we are in the height of tax season, this may be a two week turnaround time. If we have everything needed, we will ensure your return is completed timely.
What documents do I need for you to prepare my tax return?
a. Identification, a driver’s license or state i.d. b. Prior year tax return, if you do not have your prior year return, we can assist you in getting a copy. c. All current year tax forms (W2, 1099s, etc.). d. List of all dependents, especially and born in the tax year of mention, with their social security number and date of birth. E. Banking information for direct deposit if applicable. F. Additional paperwork may apply to certain individuals.
